Due to the nature of clothing, it is common that the customer's expectations are not fulfilled because of the lack of the physical contact with the purchased item.
Return of Non Defective Products
We would like our customers to feel more secure when buying online, so as to bring
out the benefits of the use of the internet in our daily transactions. Thus, we
offer the option to our customers to return even non defective products.
Especially, for the
10 first calendar days from the date you received your order,
the customer may
return the product, if he is not fully satisfied.
We are sorry, but due to hygiene reasons, returns of socks and underwear are not acceptable.
All refunds after return do not include shipping.
The product should be in the same condition in which it was delivered.
Specifically, the item to be returned
should not
have been worn (apart from trying it of course), washed, ironed or dry cleaned.
Also the item must have its original tags.
Return of Defective Products
We take full responsibility of replacing a defective product within the
20 first calendar days from the date you received your order.
In this case the cost to return and re-send the item is
fully charged on the Millennium eShop.
